On behalf of all of us, I join Senator Boyhan in congratulating the new president-elect of the IFA, Francie Gorman, and Alice Doyle, who is the first woman to be elected deputy president. I thank Tim Cullinan for his service and leadership. I wish the new incoming president and vice president every success.
