I congratulate our three distinguished visitors in the Gallery for their work on this Bill, because it is so important. I thank Senator Doherty and all those who have worked on it. As Senator Doherty has said, it is an issue for those of us who have children when they go out and socialise at night. We welcome the work that has been done by everyone on this important Bill.
