I move amendment No. 19:

In page 188, after line 35. to insert the following new subsection: "(4) Not less than 6 months following the laying of the report before each House of the Oireachtas, the Minister shall make themselves available to the relevant Joint Oireachtas Committee for the purposes of discussing the report.".
