Before I ask the Minister of State to respond, I welcome from the great state of Connecticut the deputy majority leader of the Connecticut State Senate, Senator Martha Marx, who is originally from Claremorris. She is very welcome to Seanad Éireann today. I also welcome Senator Mae Flexer, deputy president pro temporeand federal relations liaison. I think Nancy Dolan is also in the Public Gallery along with Senator Flexer's daughter. They are most welcome. I thank them for coming to Seanad Éireann today.
