Before I bring in the Minister, on this day of days, which is the 60th anniversary of President John F. Kennedy's address to Dáil Éireann and Seanad Éireann, it is appropriate that I welcome from Ballyporeen guests of Senator Ahearn: Breda Fitzgibbon, Eamonn O'Hanrahan, Eileen Hickey, Kevin Caplice, Martin O'Donoghue, Fiona O'Donoghue, John O'Donoghue and Mary O'Donoghue. Ballyporeen is associated with the second US President to address a joint sitting of the Houses. They are most welcome. I thank Senator Ahearn for bringing his guests here today.
