Before I call on the next speaker, on my behalf and on behalf of the members of the House, I welcome and extend a huge céad míle fáilte to our parliamentary friends and delegation from Malawi. They are very welcome to Leinster House. I thank them for being here and for their visit to Ireland. I had the pleasure of meeting their Speaker Ms Catherine Gotani Hara in Bahrain. She is a wonderful person. On my behalf and on behalf of the House, I extend our sympathies to the delegation on the huge loss of life during the recent flooding under Tropical Cyclone Freddy in Malawi and offer our huge support to all those who lost loved ones and who are displaced. We are joined by a number of MPs: the Hon. George Zulu, MP; the Hon. Dr. George Thapatula Chaponda, MP; the Hon. Lilian Estella Patel, MP; the Hon. Chrispin Chanju Mphande, MP; and the Hon. Noah Freeman Chimpeni, MP. They are very welcome. We are also joined by members of staff of the Malawian Parliament and the Parliamentary Service Commission.
