I move amendment No. 10:

In page 11, between lines 7 and 8, to insert the following: "(5) The Minister shall, within 2 years of the passing of this Act, lay a report before both Houses of the Oireachtas reviewing the provisions of this section in relation to membership of the Attorney General on the Commission.".
