I move amendment No. 13:

In page 41, between lines 3 and 4, to insert the following:

“Record of protected monuments 19.(1) It will be a requirement of Planning Authorities to include the register of protected monuments in the appendix of their City/County Development Plans.

(2) It will be a requirement of Planning Authorities to reference protected monuments on their City/County Development Plan maps.”.
