I move amendment No. 6:

In page 6, between lines 16 and 17, to insert the following: "(c) by the insertion of the following subsection after subsection (2):

"(2A) Such orders made by the Minister under subsection (2) shall require approval by motion of both Houses of the Oireachtas.".".
