I move amendment No. 46:

In page 9, between lines 17 and 18, to insert the following:

"(d) in subsection (4) by the insertion of the following paragraph after paragraph (a): "(aa) Notwithstanding paragraph (a), an individual who is or within the preceding 1 year was employed by the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage shall not be eligible for appointment under paragraph (a).".".
