I move amendment No. 4A:

77 a. In page 55, to delete lines 37 to 41 and substitute the following: “(2) On an annual basis, and whenever so requested, the Chief Executive or a relevant officer shall account for the performance of the company’s functions to a Committee or both Houses of the Oireachtas and the company shall have regard to any recommendations of such Committee relevant to its functions.”.
