I move amendment No. 68:

"In page 37, to delete lines 32 to 34 and substitute the following: “(6) Nothing in this section shall be taken to mean that a designated institution of higher education, any other higher education provider or any other education provider, body or person—

(a) shall be allocated funding by An tÚdarás in any financial year,

(b) is prevented from deciding on the courses and programmes it will maintain, or the number of student places for each such course or programme.”."
