I move amendment No. 49:

In page 19, to delete lines 6 and 7 and substitute the following: “(4) The Minister shall publish—

(a) any direction issued under section 11, and

(b) any guidelines issued under subsection (1),

in such manner as he or she considers appropriate.”.
