I move amendment No. 17:

In page 13, between lines 15 and 16, to insert the following: “(e) The Minister may also set out mandatory requirements and regulations for each of the following sectors in relation to their sectoral targets, including regulations in respect of production process, materials and life cycle:

(i) retail;

(ii) packaging;

(iii) textiles;

(iv) electronic equipment.”.
