Senator Craughwell has moved an amendment to the Order of Business: "That the proposal in respect of No. 4 be substituted by the following, "to be taken at the conclusion of No. 3 or at 7.15 p.m., whichever shall be the later, and the proceedings thereon shall, if not previously concluded, be adjourned at 8.45 p.m."."
