I move amendment No. 31:

In page 26, between lines 9 and 10, to insert the following: “(4) Where a relevant person refuses, or is not in a position, to attend an information session, whether in-person or electronically, information in accordance with subsection (2)shall instead be provided to the relevant person in writing through a registered letter.”.
