I move amendment No. 71:

In page 26, between lines 9 and 10, to insert the following: “(4) Where the relevant person does not wish to have an information session either by an in-person meeting or an electronic meeting, information in accordance with subsection (2)shall be provided to the relevant person via post or electronically, and an information session will be deemed to have taken place.”.
