In page 7, line 17, after “2007;” to insert the following: “to amend the Nursing Homes Support Scheme Act 2009 by providing for certain rental income of a person who is receiving care services or his or her partner under a tenancy of the principal residence of that person to be assessed at a lower rate than other income of that person; to enable the rate at which such rental income is to be assessed to be reduced or for such rental income to be disregarded;”.
