I move amendment No. 177:

In page 82, between lines 12 and 13, to insert the following: “(2A) Without prejudice to the generality of subsection (2)(d), measures to be taken by service providers under that paragraph may include a prohibition of the inclusion in programmes of commercial communications relating to foods or beverages considered by the Commission to be the subject of public concern in respect of the general public health interests of children, in particular foods or beverages containing fat, trans-fatty acids, salts, sugars or milk-based formulae (infant milks, follow-on milks, growing-up milks and toddler milks) aimed at infants and young children up to 36 months.”.
