I move amendment No. 164:

In page 79, between lines 3 and 4, to insert the following: “(2) The Media Commission shall produce a directive outlining appropriate minimum age requirements for children to create online accounts within 12 months of its establishment.”.

I appreciate that the Minister and I want to get to the same place. I think we should legislate; we have put this in legislation. I know the Minister will ask the media commission to look at the issue. I will press the amendment on this occasion.
