I thank the Senator. Before I call the next speaker, it is my great pleasure to welcome a distinguished former Member of this House, and one who was very popular. I welcome former Senator, now Deputy Richmond, to the Gallery. It is great to have him back here. Accompanying him are his friend Mr. Jamie Mahon from Leopardstown and his family. I welcome them also. It is good to have them all here. I know from the reaction of colleagues that I echo the sentiments of everyone here.
