I have received notice from Senator Tim Lombard that, on the motion for the Commencement of the House today, he proposes to raise the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Education to provide an update on the appointment of a design team and project progress for the proposed new build for Summercove National School, Kinsale, County Cork.

I have also received notice from Senator Martin Conway of the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Education to make a statement on the special arrangements to be put in place for blind and visually impaired students during leaving certificate oral examinations.

I have also received notice from Senator Malcolm Byrne of the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage to provide an update on the implementation of the recommendations of the Moorhead report.

I have also received notice from Senator Robbie Gallagher of the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage to make a statement on circular letter EUIPR 01/2021 regarding changes to the extension of the duration of planning permission.

The matters raised by the Senators are suitable for discussion and they will be taken now.
