I join with the Senator in extending my sympathies, and I am sure the sympathies of all Members of this House, to the family of Noel Treacy. He was a gentleman to his fingertips and always had a great word for everyone. He knew everybody's name, which is a great gift. As I know very well, he had a huge amount of filing cabinets apparently; he had a file on every issue. He worked diligently on behalf of his community and on behalf of this Oireachtas.
