The Order of Business is No. 1, An Garda Síochána (Functions and Operational Areas) Bill 2021 - Second Stage, to be taken at 1 p.m. and to adjourn at 2 p.m., with the opening contribution of the Minister not to exceed ten minutes, group spokespersons not to exceed seven minutes, and all other Senators not to exceed five minutes; No. 2, Non-Fatal Offences Against the Person (Amendment) (Stalking) Bill 2021 – Committee Stage, to be taken at 2 p.m. and the proceedings thereon shall if not previously concluded, be brought to a conclusion at 3 p.m. by the putting of one question from the Chair, which shall in relation to amendments include only those set down or accepted by the Government; and No. 3, statements on violence against women.
