With regard to the privatisation of local employment services, to be quite clear, the advice the Minister has received from the current and previous Attorney Generals and the Chief State Solicitor's office was that under European law, these services had to go to tender. I appreciate there may be other advice, but that was the advice. There was no rush to privatisation. It was quite clear advice from the Attorney General and the Chief State Solicitor's office that we have to go to procurement for this.
