I thank the Minister. The Minister has championed the Bill, taken it through the House and given it time in this House for consideration. I am sure it is a proud day for him and his officials in terms of climate action. It is an issue he has championed all his life and the very reason he is in politics. I am delighted it has got this far in this House and he was able to champion it. A politician does not often get to champion his or her life's work and get this far. I thank all Members for their contributions.
