I move amendment No. 20:

In page 7, between lines 31 and 32, to insert the following:

“(e) by the insertion of the following new subsection: “(2) The references in section 4(11), section 5(8) and section 6B(13) to a Minister of the Government shall each be construed as including a reference to the Government.”.”.

I propose to withdraw this amendment, while reserving the opportunity to reintroduce it on Report Stage.
