I move amendment No. 3:

In page 6, to delete lines 34 and 35, and in page 7, to delete lines 1 to 3 and substitute the following: "'climate justice' means the principle that global climate action should be undertaken, as agreed in the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, 'on the basis of equity and in accordance with their common but differentiated responsibilities and respective capabilities'. Accordingly, the developed country Parties should take the lead in combating climate change and the adverse effects thereof;".
