Standing Order 61 provides that "the Cathaoirleach may again put the question and declare afresh the result, in his or her opinion, of the putting of the question, and a division shall take place only if such fresh declaration is challenged". On amendment No. 4 the question is, "That the amendment by made?" Is that agreed? Agreed.
