I move amendment No. 9:

In page 8, between lines 14 and 15, to insert the following: "(d) arrangements under paragraph(b) or (c)shall be subject to the condition that affordable housing or publicly owned social or cost rental housing constitutes at least 80 per cent of such an arrangement.".
