I move amendment No. 15:

In page 18, to delete lines 14 to 22 and substitute the following: “(4) A landlord may make a declaration that the application of this Part would, having regard to all the circumstances of that case,—

(a) be unduly onerous on that landlord, or

(b) would cause undue hardship on that landlord.”.
