I move amendment No. 13:

In page 4, after line 36, to insert the following: "4.Notwithstanding the provisions made in this Act, the Minister may make regulations providing for the creation of a data processing agreement between the Agency and the Authority, the National Archive or another public body where it is in the public interest and subject to suitable regulation.".
