No. We need to clarify something before we continue with the debate. This is not to be obstructive, but a large number of amendments are related to the Adoption Authority of Ireland. I am happy for those to be taken together for the purposes of ease of debate. However, amendments Nos. 8 and 9 relate to a different issue, which is the question of whether copies should be made of records. Amendment No. 20 relates to a completely different, separate and serious issue, which is the relationship between the commission and any future tribunal. Those are fundamentally different themes. Amendments Nos. 8 and 9 might be taken together and amendment No. 20 may be taken with a group. However, these are not related to the first set, which predominately relate to the Adoption Authority of Ireland. I am happy for the larger group to be taken together but we need to be clear for the purposes of clarity of debate. Can I clarify whether amendment No. 4 is a material alternative to amendment No. 3 or the section?
