I move amendment No. 81:

In page 10, between lines 7 and 8, to insert the following: “(3) In prescribing under subsection (1), the Minister shall consider the important contribution and role of environmental bodies in environmental decision-making and the necessity to provide for access to the appeal mechanism of the Forestry Appeals Committee, and the cumulative impact of decisions of the Minister on fees arising for such appellants.”.”.
