I thank all those in the community sector and the NGOs who fought to get the Bill to this point.I hope that between now and Report Stage we can see a Bill leave this House which everyone will support and which can be championed by the two larger parties in the Dáil. Obviously I do not want a Bill to leave this House which will not be picked up by the Minister's Department, considering the huge amount of work the Department has done with me in the Chamber. I hope the Bill will have champions when we get to Report Stage and get it into the Dáil. I thank the Minister and the members of the Civil Engagement group for their support.
