The Senator queried the definition of “environmental criteria” as it relates to raised bog. This definition was not drafted by me, as I am sure the Senator will accept. It was drafted by the Office of the Parliamentary Counsel, OPC, in consultation with the National Parks and Wildlife Service, NPWS. I do not think the Senator can question its bona fides in respect of the protection of bogs. I am not suggesting that she is doing so. That is the definition it put forward.
