I welcome the Minister of State. To respond to the previous speaker, I know many landlords. They are good, decent landlords. They have problems with tenants. They have problems where they cannot move tenants out when they were disruptive. People seem to think landlords are an easy target. The vast majority of landlords have one house. They are not all bad landlords. The Senator has identified everyone of them by using the collective term of "landlords". It is like saying that Sinn Féin is a shower of bombers. It is the same difference.
