They are very important. The smaller the word the more importance it can have. For me, the word "an" means exclusive or just one. The phrase "any reasonable" allows room for manoeuvre.All of our lives manoeuvre in different ways and we need to allow that. Why has the word "reasonable" been removed? The realist in me would say there is a reason for that removal so perhaps the proposers of this Bill would explain to us why it is different to the previous occasion.
