I thank the Minister for his update on the IT glitch. Many women will view one blunder as unfortunate but a second blunder involving 800 cases is carelessness.

The Minister referred to the Scally standards for extra capacity. Have some of the previous companies that took on this work been found lacking and let go contract-wise? How many of the previous companies that were at fault been let go and told we are no longer interested in them because of their standards?
