I move amendment No. 17:

In page 19, in line 31, after “judges,” to insert the following:“including materials relevant to the exercise by judges of their functions in conducting criminal trials with a jury, including but not limited to the functions of:

(i) trial management;

(ii) jury management; and

(iii) directing the jury,”.
