Obviously, we welcome all of our guest in the Public Gallery but I would particularly like to welcome Deputy Anne Rabbitte, who is the Fianna Fáil spokesperson on children. I see that Senator Marshall is also in the Gallery. I will let the Minister for Children and Youth Affairs defend herself. It is the Leader's office that schedules the business of the House but it does so in consultation with Ministers.
