I move amendment No. 19:

In page 12, between lines 13 and 14, to insert the following:

“Penalties

11.A person who commits an offence under this Act is liable—(a) on summary conviction, to a class B fine or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12 months or to both,

(b) on conviction on indictment, to a fine or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 7 years or to both.”.
