We have flushed some of them out. I will leave it at that. As the Minister does not want to explain the situation, I will certainly be happy to listen to what Senator McDowell has to say, if he can defend it, in particular, about the legal position and whether there could be a challenge to a judge appointed under this type of ad hocarrangement.
