Senator Horkan's point is relevant. Technology can assist in the matter of ATMs. As Senator McDowell said, it is about making it easier for people to avoid using cash. Today people use debit or credit cards for everything. Senator Horkan also made the point. That is a debate we can have. However, it is nonsensical for Senator Gallagher to come in here every day and blame the Government for everything. We need to focus on giving security to the people.
