It is distressing to watch the parliamentary procedures in Westminster descending into the chaos and the chaotic scenes that we have seen in recent weeks. They really seem as chaotic as ever this week. I speak for the Labour Party in saying that we are doing our best to try to talk to our colleagues in the British Labour Party.
