I move amendment No. 87:

In page 29, line 3, after "concerned" to insert the following:", having regard to the objective that the membership of the judiciary should comprise equal numbers of women and men".

Senator Bacik stated she wishes to withdraw that amendment but wants liberty to re-enter it on Report Stage. Having moved it, I will withdraw it.
