I move amendment No. 2:

In page 3, to delete from “a further period” in line 28 down to and including "that child, and" in line 29 and substitute the following:"a further continuous period of 8 weeks of parental leave or such further period as agreed pursuant to section 7(1)(b) in respect of that child unless the operation of section 6(2) would prevent the employee from taking parental leave after that date, and".
