-----and deliberations of this House are taken so seriously by the Government that it actually adopts amendments made by persons like Senator McDowell. I applied for a job in Trinity College for which there were 47 other applicants. I can assure the Minister that Trinity did not send out 47 letters saying the applicants did not get the job because of this, that or the other. If it had done so, it might well have been subject to actions for libel. That is all I will say on it. I have been very reticent despite provocation.
