I can tell the Senator that they are a cash cow to me. They paid for what they said about me in the presidential election.

I am very glad that Senator McDowell, in particular, and I, in a minor way, have seeded into this debate many valid reasons for the President to use Article 26 to refer this Bill to the Supreme Court for consideration as to whether it is constitutional.

I am concerned about what has been said about sections 48 and 49. I will not go into them in any great detail.
