I move amendment No. 1:

In page 14, line 13, after “transfer day.” to insert the following:“The Minister shall also have regard to other matters, including, but not limited to, the area and size of land within the relevant area, as well as any other matters that he or she will consider relevant.”.

This short amendment deals with staff transfers during the amalgamation. Did the Minister say the number was 85,000?
